Terms

The terms for using this site, for a demo request, and for a sample environment if you are given one.

Last updated 2026-09-28

Who you are agreeing with

This site is operated by Dana. Using it means accepting what is on this page. If you do not, the remedy is simple and costs you nothing: stop using it. Nothing here overrides a signed agreement — if we have one with you, it wins.

Using this site

Read it, quote it, link to it, share it. What we ask in return is narrow: do not try to break it, do not submit forms automatically, and do not use it to send anyone anything unlawful.

We may change what is on this site at any time, including taking pages down. We try to keep it accurate; we do not promise it is complete or current at every moment.

Getting a demo

If you ask us for a demo, a person reads what you sent and replies to you within three business days. A reply costs nothing, comes with no obligation, and is not conditional on hiring us.

Anything we send you in that reply is a reading of your company, written by people and agents, and it is an opinion rather than an audit. It is not legal, financial, security or regulatory advice, and it is not a warranty that what it says is correct. Decide what to do with it the way you would with any other outside opinion.

A sample environment

If you are given access to a sample Nodus environment, these terms apply to it.

  • It is provided as it is, for evaluation. It carries no service level, no uptime commitment and no support commitment, and we may change or withdraw it.
  • It is seeded with demonstration data. Do not put confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything you would mind losing into it.
  • Access is personal to you. Do not share the credentials, and do not use the environment to build a competing product or to probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first — ask and the answer is usually yes.
  • When you are done, or when we withdraw it, the environment and everything in it is deleted.

What belongs to whom

The Dana name, the mark, the site's design and its written content belong to Dana. Any software we publish is governed by the licence that ships with it, and that licence is what matters — not this page.

What you send us stays yours. We use it to answer you and to do the work you asked for, and for nothing else. If you send us feedback about a product and we act on it, we can act on it freely; we will not claim your material as our own.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for anything the law does not let us exclude, including fraud and death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that: this site and anything we give you for free are provided as they are, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data arising from them. A paid engagement is governed by its own agreement, and that agreement sets its own limits rather than this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
