FullFare
A driver-owned rideshare project, settling on XRPL.
Incubation
Most companies show you a roadmap and ask you to believe it. We'd rather show you the thing while it's still being made — the mistakes included. Nothing on this page is for sale. These are operating ventures — real riders, real practitioners, real money on real rails — shown while they're being made.
A driver-owned rideshare project, settling on XRPL.
A last-minute massage marketplace for Toronto. In private build.
An AI-assisted music production venture. In private build.
The lab is the same machinery pointed at a domain it has not worked in before. A venture starts here with the standards, the review and the delivery discipline already in place, because those are the parts that do not have to be rebuilt each time. What has to be learned is the domain itself — who the people are, what they are actually trying to do, and what would have to be true for the thing to work.
They are shown here while they are being made, mistakes included, rather than after, because how we build is the thing the rest of this site asks you to trust. A venture that only appears once it has gone well is not evidence of anything — it's a highlight reel.
Lab ventures graduate to a door, or they get written up honestly alongside what we got wrong. Both outcomes are public.
Lab ventures are not demos. They operate in the real world and move real money.

Not a roadmap — a record. Every event below is already stated on this page or on FullFare's own exhibit page; this is that same disclosure, in the order it happened.
The lab opened as its own space
A third space beside the two doors, for ventures that are not for sale: shown while they're being made, mistakes included, rather than after.

The settlement claim was published without a public receipt
The page states the settlement claim as fact, then says so plainly: there is no public receipt for it yet, and a page in the lab owes readers that sentence more than a badge.

Last Minute entered the lab, in private build
A last-minute massage marketplace for Toronto. No supply figures, no timing, no stack — the repository is private, so nothing beyond that one line is checkable from here.

The music production venture entered the lab, in private build
An AI-assisted music production venture. Left unnamed, deliberately — naming it publicly is a separate decision that has not been made.

The lab committed to a graduation rule for every venture inside it
Lab ventures graduate to a door, or they get written up honestly alongside what we got wrong. Both outcomes are public — a process, not a schedule.
